REFUNDS & EXCHANGES
We are happy to offer returns and exchanges for any items purchased at full price for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. Please email email@example.com to arrange this with us. We will need to know your order number and reason for return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it in.
Note: Any refunds issued will be exclusive of any delivery charges incurred by Simple Car Scents. The customer will be responsible for paying any return postage costs.
Once the return has been received, it will be inspected before any refund/exchange is approved. We will email you to notify you and if approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method, less any P&P costs.
We can only exchange items that are defective. If you change your mind, contact as to arrange a return of the original item and simply reorder the item you would like to exchange it for.
